Our third meeting of the year is set for Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 7 PM at the Decker Prairie Community Building, 32434 Decker Prairie Road, Magnolia, Texas 77355.

We would like one representative from each household to attend. New residents are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting to get to know your neighbors and learn how you can be involved in the neighborhood!

Coming up in October is the election of a new president and treasurer for our HOA.  If you are interested in more information on these positions, please contact a HOA board member.   We are a volunteer HOA to keep costs down and to be able to have direct influence and flexibility on community decisions.  Several neighbors have served in the past- there are four meetings a year, and it is not a significant time commitment. It is a great way to build relationships in the community. It is becoming more difficult to fill these positions, so if you have not served or it has been several years- please consider doing so. If we cannot find volunteers, we will have to look into an outside company which several members have expressed is not wanted.
